1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Pipeline Pro, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

Pipeline Pro is a CRM platform designed for agencies to manage leads, proposals, payments, and team collaboration. We provide the service "as is" and reserve the right to modify features.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Base plan: $24/month for up to 3 team members
• Additional seats: $10/user/month
• Billing is automatic. Cancel anytime in your account settings
• No refunds for partial months

4. Platform Fees

No platform fee is currently charged on invoice payments processed through Stripe Connect. Standard payment-processor rates apply. We reserve the right to introduce a platform fee with prior notice.

5. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes
• You must not abuse the service or disrupt other users
• You retain ownership of your data

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account anytime in settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
